"Great buying experience at the shop. Great dealing with Al in the initial contact. The online credit application was the easiest financing I have ever done. Customer service was the best I have had in a long time. Other shops could take some hints from Empire Cycle on customer care and contact. Would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a used or new motorcycle. Great in store stock to look at - actually get to touch and sit on the bike you are interested in buying. "

"I'm sorry I didn't get to meet Sean when I picked up my Scrambler. Sean was very helpful and patient with me via the internet and telephone. Jon was also great in showing me all the controls and features of the Scrambler. If a potential buyer for my trade in has any questions feel free to call me. (406) 449-6935 Bill Gamble "

"I was looking to replace my Suzuki-250 with something that had a simular drive train and suspension. It also needed to be 4x4 for plowing. After looking at the 'Cats', and learning their history with Suzuki, I was sold. The sale rep. at the Outdoorsman was, and is very polite, knowledgeable of their product. Parts sales has alsoo been extremely helpful and polite. The invironment on the showroom is relaxing, non-confrontational. I would send anyone here first!"

"Comments/Questions: This is what I put on TriumphRat.net Thanks for a great day! Yesterday I took my beloved Maggie into the shop. I'm always cautious, I haven't had the greatest experiences with Triumph dealers. Well, yesterday, I had the best experience I have EVER had in a dealer/shop having to do with cars/boats/motorcycle/airplanes. It was actually fun and enjoyable! Maggie has had a shudder at about 3000rpm for a while. It has been getting progressively worse in the last month. It had been to two dealers in Arizona and neither could identify the problem. They admitted there was a problem and the bike was in their shops for about four weeks total. Through my own detective work, and help from inmates on this forum I got it down to what I thought might be the problem, the clutch basket shims. I bought the parts, and then went 1500 miles away from my home and shop for a summer job! I thought I could wait, but it got the the point something needed to be done. Comments on TriumphRat.net said good things about Empire, so I went for it. Spokane is 90 miles from where I work and Maggie is my only transportation so planning is crucial. I scheduled once and had to cancel, Empire was gracious and rescheduled me. I was able to get there yesterday and they were ready for me. They knew I had errands to run in Spokane and they had a Street Triple waiting for me as a loner. That's a whole other thread! A REALLY GOOD thread! The staff is really friendly and knowledgable, no teenage idiots in cute red shirts. They have a well stocked showroom and tons of motorcycle fantasy machines! The shop crew listened to me about the problem, listened - actually paid attention - to my analysis and agreed, even going so far as to call Triumph and make sure they had the current reference materials. They then dove into the job. This was 11:00am. I went out and did my running around on the Triple - in an older, more mature, semi-hoon manner - and got back about 1:30. They said they were on the right track and that I had purchased the right parts so they would get it done. I spent time in the showroom watching Wild Hogs and reading motorcycle mags and they made me coffee and kept me updated on the progress. They ended up doing about four cycles of, disassemble-reassemble with a new shim-drive, until they got it right...almost! It needed an in-between shim size to make it perfect, but it is 1000% better than when she came in. They are working with Triumph to find out if there is a solution to make it absolutely perfect. You need to remember that they are working on a machine with 70,000 miles on the clock. I won't even mention what they charged me, it would cost that much at home to even get the folks to talk to you! It was a brilliant day! The bottom line is that Empire Cycle & Powersports is worth going a long way out of the way for if you are in this area and need anything motorcyclic. Snowmobiles, too, but as an Arizona guy....maybe not! "

"I had been watching the re-emergence of Triumph and was intrigued with the new Bonneville, then they brought out the Scrambler! It brought back memories of past Triumphs. The closest dealer was a 5 hour ride away and time was hard to find. A dealer search showed a new Triumph dealer in Spokane, only two hours away. A phone call and inventory check said Scramblers were in stock! To make a long story short- one demo ride and I now have a blue and white Scrambler in my garage and I really like it!I have been riding for over 50 years, worked in the motorcycle industry and even sold Triumphs in the 70's until their demise. The build quality and looks are first rate. Thanks Empire Cycle, Rick, Doug and Kel are great to work with. Thanks Again, Mike"
