Thank you Empire Cycle! So I was about 700 miles from home and traveling on my Triumph 800. I needed to replace my rear tire before continuing much further. Not being familiar with the area I was staying , I began to search for the nearest motorcycle shops in hopes of finding a tire. I called and/or went to 4 shops. Nobody had the tire size I needed. I expanded my search and found Empire Cycle a Triumph dealer within 50 miles and....they not only had my tire size, but options. I think I was in and out in about 1 hour. Cheryl hooked me up with a tire. Jeff wasted no time to mount and balance my new rubber. During my hour inside the store I got a chance to speak with a handful of the staff. What a great experience. Very comfortable and homey. Everybody was polite and nice to talk to. I was also impressed with the amount of accessories and gear on hand. Don't always find that these day. Lastly, special thanks to Cheryl who hooked my up with a few stickers, a t-shirt, and a hat. Over the past few weeks I have been wearing my new apparel around my motorcycle buddies. Some have asked where and what is Empire Cycle? Now they know.

I purchased a new Triumph T120 andgot a fair price for it And my trade in! I have worked in the motorcycle industry in the past and know how some deals work and how dealers Should work With their customers. This dealership is how a dealership should work and build a relationship with the customer. I plan to come back to them for a SxS in the spring. I know I will be treated fairly.

We had a great experience buying a new Triumph Bobber. We weren't looking for this bike exactly but we fell in love with the bike after Bruce (Parts & Sales Coordinator) invited us inside the showroom to look at the new bikes. Everyone was very friendly and the entire buying experience was very positive. Tonya (Assistant General Manager/Financing) was very helpful in getting us the best rates possible for the new bike. We would definitely recommend Empire Cycle & Powersports for a positive motorsport purchase. Oh, and the Bobber has been a pure joy to ride and look at!

I was looking for a good condition Honda CBR600 RR. I found one at Empire that fit all my requirements. It takes about six hours round trip to travel to Empire shop and back to my home. I needed all the relevant information about the bike with absolutely no Surprises. I am old and I don't like Surprises. I emailed Jeremy the salesmen and he patiently emailed me back with all the information on the bike. Honest Information and no Bullshit. I decided to travel to Empire on a cold December day and hoped for the best. He took me downstairs to see the bike and it was Exactly as described. The bike is a gift so he graciously gave me two t-shirts and two really cool empire hats. Even got an extra Empire key ring thrown in. I met the owner, service guys, secretary and Jeremy even made me some Kerhaig coffee, Which I have never seen before. This Empire motorcycle shop is one of the Well-Organized , Professional , Honest shops I have seen in my 60 odd years. If you are from Eastern Washington, this is one Motorcycle shop to check out, No matter How long it takes to get there. I am a Million Percent Happy with my 2010 Honda CBR600RR, I purchased from them. All of the positive reviews I have read about this Empire Dealership are Spot-On. Jeremy, who I have only met once, should get a pay raise and award for being a Truly Honest Salesman. I would definitely make the Six hour round trip to buy another motorcycle from them In a Heartbeat. I give the Empire Motorcycle shop, a 5 star rating in all categories. When i got my speedmaster it was a good time! every one there was good to me. And very helpful . But then I had a problem! I put on a windshield, I thought i was being very careful . But not as careful as i thought .I shorted out sum wires and blew a few's. I didn,t believe I did it, so I put the blame on triumph. And so it didn't go well for any one. But i's all ok now! And when triumph tells you to have the dealer do the work ,it might be a good idea for them to do it. Well with all this. I just want to say sorry to all those at Empire cycle that had a part in this mess! And thank you all for putting up with me! sign, Mitch Rozelle.

After some major issues with my local Triumph dealer in Missoula, MT. I called Triumph customer service who suggested I bring my bike to Empire. After a week at my local dealership my bikes non start issue was still not resolved and within 4 hours at empire they had solved my issue, a 12k mile service and some valve adjustments were all I needed. I was met with genuine concern and professionalism from; Joe, Sunny and my tech, Austin who is exceptional at his work. He not only is good at what he does, but loves the work and has a real knack for explaining the issues so the customer understands what all goes into the work and why it needs to be done. Furthermore the entire staff care about their customers and keeping them safe and riding. I cant recommend this place enough if you own a Triumph or any other bike manufacturer they service. If you live in Montana dont waste your time with the local Triumph dealer and just go here instead. Sure its 3 hours away but its a good ride by bike and worth the distance. Thanks Sunny, Joe, and especially Austin and obviously Empire as a whole you all really came through!

I generally dont do reviews but I have had such a great experience with everyone at empire that I needed to thank them. As a whole from the owner to Kevin in sales to the service department I will never buy a motorcycle anywhere else they are down to earth low pressure and do what they say they are going to do. A special thanks to Austin in service he does excellent work and treated my tiger 800 as if it was his own. After experiences from other dealers service departments I was grateful for the quality work Austin did on my motorcycle. So thanks to everyone at empire cycle your honesty and integrity is appreciated. Bill

I can't say enough good things about the people at Empire. We went into the transaction with trepidation as I have had nothing but trouble with every major purchase over the last 7 or 8 years. From the moment we drove into the lot the people at Empire were exceptionaly nice and helpful. Kevin answered every question promptly and with professionalism. We bought a UForce 1000 with a winshield and it could have not gone any smoother. They let our dog sit with us at the desk while we went over the paperwork, the lady from parts even gave him a cookie. All of this is well and good afterall it's sales and they have to be good at public relations to make a living. Where my actual 10 star review comes from is the aftercare. When we got home we tried to put the windshield in and it didn't come close to fitting. After many calls back and forth we came to the conclusion that we would have to bring everything back in for them to look at. We live a couple hours away and it is a real pain to travel and take a whole day after doing the same only days earlier, but the staff at Empire made things more than right. They figured out the window was the wrong one. So they installed the correct one labor free plus comped us and installed a foam air filter for free. If you are in the market for power sports gear this is the first place to look. You wont be dissapointed. I did say 10 stars so I will be adding another review just to give them the other 5.

Got a new triumph tiger and its the best motorcycle Ive ever ridden and Ive had quite a few to compare it to. If youre in the market for a motorcycle I highly recommend Empire Cycle!!!
